You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.
Our services involve the collection, processing, and analysis of data related to your e-commerce operations. You retain ownership of your business data, whilst polarnexis retains ownership of our analytics tools, methodologies, and any aggregated or anonymised insights derived from the use of our services.
You grant polarnexis the right to use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services and improving our platform, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, polarnexis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
In no event shall polarnexis's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to polarnexis for the services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Bergen, Norway, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have additional rights under your local consumer protection laws, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
